Jira v3.12

Fong Gary

Hi Team,

Can you please give the purpose of below items? Which is good to us for the migration from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012 Server.

Are they including the JIRA_Home directories? (avatars, icons, server DB configuration, memory settings, etc…)

Thanks and regards,

Gary Fong

As stated in other replies you should upgrade from v3.12 to a more current supported version.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/migrating-jira-to-another-server-151126305.html describes the process you need to follow for v6.4 to migrate between servers. I would strongly recommend you upgrade your existing installation to at least this version and then follow the instructions for migration.
