Issue automation

Hi All,

New user here. Looking for a bit of help regarding automation.

Anytime an issue is created and the Assignee field is Unassigned I would like this to automatically be put in the backlog area (the workstream I have chosen for the backlog is 'On Hold'

Likewise, anytime I change the Assignee field from Unassigned to any other person I would like this to be automatically moved to the 'To Do' work stream.

I can't seem get this to work. All help appreciated.

It was just an example of how you can make it only count for certain projects, in case you build it as a global automation. BoardTest in the picture is just a name of one of the projects I use to create test automations.

If you do it as a single project automation (directly from the automation tab of that project settings) you don't really need to do that.
