When I hover on my profile icon or my name in commit tab I am getting this issue. I tried setting my email aliases but was not able to set that. My account is managed.

We will not be able to troubleshoot this in a public forum such as community, as resolution will require sharing sensitive information.
Could you please raise a support ticket directly with our support team using your paid company workspaceID (starts with a k)?
If you have any issues raising a ticket - please let me know which timezone you are in so I can raise a ticket on your behalf with the appropriate support team in your area.
