What is the api to get the difference between two commits using commit Ids in bitbucket.

I am trying to get the difference between two commits using the api. 

I have two commitIds and i want to get those files which are added/updated after my old commit till my new commit. 

Also what role does the user need to perform this action.

I believe the API endpoint you are looking for is Compare two commits and this require Read permission to view the commits.
