Quick Filter | Kanban Board

Hi,

I am trying to add quick filter for fix version in my Kanban board.

Somehow it does not work after adding JQL

For Example -

I set Fix version = Release 1

Then I have added JQL as Fixversion = Release 1

i have linked my epics/stories tagged to above

but it does not display the tickets.

However if I search in Search filter then with the same JQL, I can see all tickets.

it’s not working in Kanban Board.
I tried other JQL it works in my Board

if someone can help, that would be great!

Pls check your Sub-filter query in General settings.

Hi @naveena sony,

If the name of your release contains spaces, you need to put quotation marks around it:

fixversion = "Release 1"

Okay. Can you share a few screenshots of your exact configuration, so we can see what your situation looks like:

a view of where you are trying to add the quick filter
the exact syntax you are using
the fix version field on an issue that you expect to be returned by the filter

I am quite confident we should be able to work this out.

I added the quick filter in Kanban board as fixversion = “Release 1”. Then I can’t see any issues( epics/ story etc..) after adding the filter
However I queried the same outside of the project with Project Name and fixversion = “Release 1”. Then I can see all issues( epics/stories etc..)
