Undefined variable $actions testrail integration error

Hello!

I'm getting "Undefined variable $actions" error in some of the projects when trying to access the TestRail integration from our Jira Data Center instance. It's been re-installed and re-confiugred, but still doesn't work for some of the projects. We're on version 9.4.18.

Anyone knows what can cause this? And how to solve it?

Any ideas appreciated!

Hi Malachi,

Yes they did. The "Undefined variable $actions" is fixed however, the fix caused a "Undefined variable $is_trial" which they are currently working on fixing.

I can post an update when they get back to me!

I just received confirmation from Testrail support that this is a known error from their end and that they're working on a solution.

I can post an update here when I get one again from them.
