We couldn’t log you in

Good day,

as instructed posting a new question for the problem of not being able to get into Bitbucket. I can login to the main dashboard and click on some services like Trello, but Bitbucket gives me an error.

Yes, it had been ages since I didn't login.

Thanks and no emergency but would love to get my account working again.

welcome to Community!

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was put into an inactive state due to the long period with no login/activity.

I went ahead and re-enabled the account, so you can log in as usual :)

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

Yes, your understanding is right, if you don't login to Bitbucket for long time, the account will be deactivated and you have to wait till it is activated from Atlassian people. --- Good luck.
