Jira - Smartsheet connector

Hello,

Has anyone use Jira with Smartsheet. We are receiving 403 forbidden error while we creating a workflow in smartsheet. It is happening from Jira DC 9. Did anyone face the issue? or have any suggestion to resolve this??
