You've added labels 'cloud', however it seems that this environment is self-hosted. I gather this from the url (it doesn't include ".atlassian.net" AND the look & feel of your environment looks a lot like Confluence Data Center.
You should try reaching out to the people in your company that manage this environment and ask them to investigate this issue - and if needed they can raise a support ticket to Atlassian for further support.
