Jira Automation Url format for Notifications (Upcoming/Past Due)

Hello Community,

This is my first post, was wondering if there's a way to change Automation's url format preferences.

By default, it looks like:
https://mbna.atlassian.net/browse/RTP-XXX

But instead would like my notifications to instead use the "pop-up" style:
https://mbna.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/RTP/list?selectedIssue=RTP-XXX

Currently using the default template, "When a task is near due", for email content:
Hello {{distinctAssignee.displayName}},

The following issues are past due:
{{#lookupIssues}}
<a href="{{url}}">{{key}} - {{summary}}</a>
{{/}}

The short answer is no, the URL smart value that the automation is using cannot be changed.
