In my repository I see a notification "This repository is in read-only mode. You caught us doing some quick maintenance." Why this happen? Could you please help me how to reactive this repository again?

So,
We are currently investigating an issue affecting a small percentage of repositories on Bitbucket. We’ve temporarily placed the affected repositories into read-only mode while we are working on resolving the issue.
Thank you for this update, it would be much better next time if you alert your customers about this kind of problem sending an email.
