we have a license issue
Jira software is licensed but not currently installed
roadmap is disabled and unable to add confluence/bitbucket in applications link gives error
This issue in production and we are seeking urgent support plz

If your issue is related to production environment, urgent and you have a valid DC license which allows you to create a support ticket then I recommend you to do it asap. I am not sure if we would figure out here the problem without getting deeper into the details especially screenshots or logs.
