What is the system requirement for installing JIRA Service Desk?

Same as JIRA, as it runs inside it. Start at https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/jira-sizing-guide-461504623.html

You will find that the applications (Service Desk and Software) are quite large and do add a bit more load, so I'd be prepared to add a bit more memory or CPU if possible.
