Can we edit/modify the request access page that users get ?

Hello,

Context:

Instead of users being able to request access to Confluence/Jira we would like a page where we could re-direct them to a Company Owned ticketing system in order for them to create a ticket there.

We would also be satisfied with a possibility of removing the Access Request possibility and editing the page in order to be able to add an URL to the Ticketing Platform.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I understand, you can't modify the request access page.
