Create a repository from a template repository using REST APIS

Hello Everyone.
Is it Posible to create a Repository form an existing one and bring all the folder and file structures?  using jira administrative apis REST.

We don't have a way to create a repository from Template either in UI or API. However, we do have an existing feature request that I highly suggest you keep an eye on:
