Hi @Sampath , Yes, you can take help of Jira automation to create Jira ticket automatically. But what is the requirement like on certain day you want certain jira tickets to be created or on completion of some activity in the project you want some Jira ticket to be created?

- When user facing issue instead of goto link or send mail for creating ticket its there any BOT option that can be available in JIRA to submit the ticket instead of create
