XRay Test Plan Report to include Test Result

Hi

I am using Xray's document generator (Xray Test Plan Report) for our tests to create a report and would like to include Actual Result (see picture below) 

 

 

From Java Script how can I access the content of Actual Result ? (Eg. I want to include this Task Manager screenshot and the comment "Helo World This is Actual Result")
