I created the workspace, it asks for admin permissions

Question

So I created the workspace, now when trying to access users management it shows lock icon with

You need permission

Request access from your administrator.

But I created it so I don't follow who I suppose to contact with. Any help?

Hi Piotr and welcome to the community!

Did you recently create this workspace from https://admin.atlassian.com/? This error is typically displayed in https://admin.atlassian.com/ when you don't have enough permissions in the Org you are trying to access.

Could you please let me know the following so I can better help you:

* If you log in to https://bitbucket.org/, then select your avatar (top right corner), then select All workspaces, do you see the workspace you created listed on that page?
* If you do, could you please let me know the last two letters of the workspace name you see there? I can then double-check if it is one of the workspaces listed for your user on our end and also which Org it is linked to.

Try to go here: https://bitbucket.org/YOURBITBUCKETNAME/workspace/settings/groups and see if you can locate yourself inside any admin group
