"Preview unavailable" and when I click on it "Something went wrong".

Question

There are 2 images that were placed in a Jira Ticket Field.  They were viewable for everyone and then all of a sudden, when viewing the ticket, instead of showing the images it shows this:

When I click on one of them it shows this:

What makes this even stranger to me is they don't appear in the attachments list.  See image below (the .png showing is from the comments not the issue field:

Any suggestions for how to resolve this issue?

This is not a solution. There's no rhyme or reason why some images come through and some don't.

The solution is to fix the problem, which has been a known issue for years.

This is happening to me as well. The workaround seems to be editing the comments to add or replace the image again.

Hoping that this message finds you well.  Perhaps it could be due to the images not directly attached to the issue.  Please try the following solution:

* Images not loading and displaying preview unavailable
