We have created a vanilla to-do project in which anonymous users can create issues. Since two days ago (both browsers Chrome and firefox, even on incognito and without add ons) keep refreshing non stop.
Our logs constrantly show
2024-07-15 14:40:59,152-0300 https-jsse-nio-8443-exec-112 WARN [c.a.j.w.action.util.Error404] Detected anonymous access to page <https://jira.xxx.com/s> redirecting to login page.
we haven't defected a pattern yet.
What can we do to diagnose the problem?
Edit: The Jira instance is on a private network, and the refresh error does not happen when we log-in
