In my organization we have a lot of projects and the organization wants to centralized project?

In my organization we have a lot of projects  and we want to create the centralized project and that centralized project it have  31 milestones  and that milestones when ever the any other project is created they want to include that milestones in that project, how to import that milestones automatically? or any script runner or any automation rules?

What are you using for milestone ? If you use version you will need to create a version in each project when a version is created in your centralized project. You could achieve this using automation for JIRA for instance. But for JIRA even if the name is the same it will be different versions because the id will be different. If it's to use in Advanced roadmap you could create a cross project version that aggregate all of your version with the same name but I think it cannot be automate.

 

If you use a customfield, you could use a global context so the field will share the same option across all projects and for JIRA it will be the same options across the instance.
