Bitbucket build stuck in progress

Question

By mistaken, I have approved and merged the code to next branch before pr build completes. Due to this, build is in progress for long. Now, in bitbucket, that build is still going on and on and showing in progress. Due to which I am not able to merge my other changes to the branch because on each new PR raised the bitbucket is picking the same failed build  and expecting to be successful

Anyhelp would be much appreciated!

Hello,

We have the same problem but with Jenkins builds. More than 2 hours later the build is still showing as in progress in bitbucket, even though it has actually succeeded in Jenkins.

Please help.

You can manually stop a running build by accessing it in the UI and clicking on the Stop button:

Could you confirm if you are not seeing that option?

Also, a step will, by default, timeout after 2 hours of execution, making it stop the execution with a failed status.
