is it a way to avoid issue modification using roles management in team managed project

Hi

I have a team managed project.

I would like to give access on read and write to someone  on some issues and only read on some others.

Is there a way to change the access depending on who is the assignee, and having only assignees can modify and other members can see only.

Or should I have to change form team managed to company managed project ?

As you may knw team project are a kind of sand box where all team memeber can view issue in project as an administrator, member or viewer role only.

You will be not able to adjust deeper unless you change to managed project
