Getting "Something went wrong" when I click on "Create Workspace" button. Any ideas?

I'm showing two workspaces in my account for which I don't have Admin rights. I wanted to create my own workspace under my account, but the "Create Workspace" button simply leads to the "Something went wrong" page. Is there a bug in this feature or am I doing something wrong?

By looking at our internal tools, I noticed you seem to have managed to create a new workspace. Could you confirm with us if you followed the same steps and it eventually worked, or if you created the workspace from a different place?

Checking internally I see you were able to create a new workspace, so it was likely an instability on the platform on your initial attempt.

Could you please confirm if that was the case and if the workspace creation was successful after you tried again?
