Can't view Ticket details

Question

Hi All,

I cannot view any ticket details in Jira. I can see the jira board though. Anyone else having the same issue?

Welcome to the community.

There was an active incident (resolved now) on on the Atlassian Cloud env which impacted a set of cloud product for multiple customers.  I will review/check the following page when you never encounter another similar issue in the future -

Hey there! Yes, same here. We've had this issue for about 30 minutes now. We're also unable to generate a support ticket.
