Cannot add new cards to product backlog

Adding new cards on planning board not showing up on board. They are showing up via Projects and when select More Actions and Planning board get a message that Unable to display issue! Filter is hiding issue, to view it you have to adjust filter settings. Skyped with Nicholas Muldoon who had issue remedying. Please reach out to him for info.

Hi Monica, since I was able to check that you've already managed to solve this situation, I'd like to post the answer here in order to share the resolution.

It seems that this problem was happening because you had a bunch of critical fields for GreenHopper set to be hidden while they should be showing - such as Affects Version/s, Fix Version/s, Release Version History and many others.

So, just by setting the fields to be visible again - on the Field Configuration screen - made everything get back to normal.
