Installing JIRA on a closed environnement (without any internet connexion)

I would like to know if it is possible to install and configure JIRA on a stand-alone environnement (completely without any internet connexion) ?

And it's similar for add-ons too - you can download them to your own machine, and upload them onto the firewalled server.

Yes, you can. Just download JIRA , transfer it to the server and install it there. You can get the license key from My Atlassian (the license key doesn't need internet connection to be applied).
