How to send email notification to Reporter when he creates and edits the issue on specific status?

Hi All,

I want to configure a setting that when User as a Reporter creates a new issue, he should receive an email notification. And when the same Reporter edits the issue on a specific status, then also he should receive the email notification.

Here, the email received by the Reporter should contain the Edit Issue Screen Link, so that he can directly open the Edit Issue Screen Link in a new web browser tab, restricting him to View Issue Screen on submitting the changes on Update button on Edit Issue Screen.

Please guide how I can achieve the above use-case - by scriptrunner, any configuration changes from Admin settings or any best alternative like add-ons or plugins.
