Upgraded to JIRA 9.15. Now manage apps/ upload button has disappeared.

Hello

I have JIRA Datacenter with service mgmt 

I upgraded the instance to the latest last week (9.15) service mgmt (5.15). But now I need to update git kraken as the devs are moaning that the branch integration on tickets has stopped working.

 

Under manage apps the upload app button has now gone. I have read this is intentional by Atlassian.

I have read you can get this button back by editing a system property

"The system admin can enable the functionality by setting the upm.plugin.upload.enabled system property to true ."

 

Where/how do I find this so I can change it to true?

So you basically need to add the jvm param to setenv.sh (or setenv.bat)
