Can't find administration -- system -- import/export

Question

I read several threads about this topic, but I can't find a solution.

If I click the cog in the upper right corner, I read:

JIR ADMINISTRATION

projects

I see no "system" menu,

I am JIRA admin and project lead.

So how do I import issues from excel/csv file?

So a "normal" user cannot import issues in JIRA?

Can you share a screenshot? If that's all you are seeing, I'm afraid you do not have full administration privileges.
