does anyone know how to remove work management ?

Do you mean the Jira work management project or the product?
If it is the project, you go to settings, Projects, select your work management project, click on three dots and click on delete. If you want to delete it permanently, in the same menu, click on trash, then click on delete permanently.
The product itself cannot be deleted as it is now part of the Jira.
