Hello, although the 'show comments' is enabled in the Pull Request I cannot see the comments from a colleague. Any ideas, thanks.

Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so I understand better?
That said, if you are looking for a comment, can you try to navigate in the dropdown at the top of the page as you're scrolling through the diff? For example:
This dropdown will show all unresolved or resolved comments in the PR.
