Hello, Good day. Whether the specific person receive other notifications from Jira and only @ mention email is not working ?
There is a problem with only one person's account. His account can receive @ mention from other people, but other people cannot receive @ mention from his account.

Thanks.I've confirmed "Browse users and groups". This account has permissions. If he enters @ on the ticket, the user list will appear, but others will not receive his @ messages.
