Inline graphics Migration from Jira Cloud to SharePoint or ADO

Has anyone found a solution for inline graphics set in free text fields being migrated over to SharePoint or ADO? We are finding that only the reference to the graphic exists in SharePoint. Not sure about ADO yet.
