I want to install JIRA + GreenHopper on a server with no connectivity to the internet (standalone installation)

1. can i install JIRA and verify the license if i have no connectivity to the internet?

2. can i install the GreenHopper plugin if i have no connectivity to the internet?

Hi Gill,

You can do both of these things without having an external connection to the internet. There is no license verification, such as a call home, but you will need to download Greenhopper and install the file by following these instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+JIRA%27s+Plugins#ManagingJIRA%27sPlugins-Installingapluginmanually
