Hi @Aron Felberbaum

Did you already review this documentation. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/mobile-device-management-mdm-979410052.html.

If so, then i suggest opening a support ticket with atlassian data center, they might have some options for you.

Hi @Aron Felberbaum ,

Unfortunately we cannot help you much with the Atlassian Jira Datacenter app. The app is very limited from a functionality perspective, Atlassian has been focusing much more on their cloud offering.Over the years we have seen many DC organizations switch to our Mobility for Jira app, which is more feature rich, and has better support for security-related functionality such as MDM. We have many organizations running the app on Intune. If you want to give it try, we are happy to guide you through the Intune setup process. Please send us a note to our service desk at support@mobilitystream.com.Kind regards,The Mobility Team
