Best way to transfer configuraitons, data to another JIRA instance

HI Team,

We have on-prem JIRA server installed and it has 100+ projects with custom workflow and 2 custom fields. Now we have to move this entire data from this JIRA server (windows)to JIRA(Linux) data center instance, everything including Logs, issues,, ... etc information.

Please let me know the best way to transfer  our data from Windows JIRA instance to Linux JIRA instance .

Note: All these 100+ JIRA projects , using shared configuration feature. (same workflows)
