Linking Software tickets to a Work Mgt project

Is it possible (and, if so how do I) to link tickets in my Software project to my Work Mgt project and they're updated in both in real time?

Yes, you can do that. Are you wanting to create an issue in the other project when an issue is created in the first project? Or do you want to link them for existing issues?
