Hello,

 

I am trying to add new screen, but the screeschemas I am unable to assign. 

Previously I tried to create the entire flow with screen, screen schemas, issue type schemas I am able to assign but the screen was not showing all the fields. So now I decided to try with using existing schema, but create a different screen with different fields. 

 

So I have created new screen, but I am not able to assign the schemas. Could someone provide the detailed steps to follow.

Hi Deepthi,

Just to clarify, you associate Screen to Screen Schemes and not the other way around.

 

Step 1: Create Screen

Step 2: Create Screen Scheme and select the newly created screen under Default Screen.

Step 3:  Create Issue Type Screen Schemes and map your Issue Types to your Screens.
