Hi I have a tam of 12 members in the project and I want to measure their CSAT scoring, which they get from the customers after completion of their tickets. I need a dashboard where I should see their names and their csat counts
how can I create ?

Ootb this is not possible.
This would require a marketplace app to expand your dash boarding options.
