Cannot locate a ticket DPL3-1914

Our associate opened a case that has a reference number to the Jira ticket DPL3-1914 that I am not able to locate. Can anyone help?

You should contact your Organization Jira admins for this.

Possible reasons:
You don't have required permissions to view the ticket
You are not part of security level setup in the ticket
Ticket has been deleted
