We have a bi-weekly meeting where we create meeting agendas via the meeting notes template. We create agendas for 2-3 meetings in the future. We use a page properties report to show the next meeting agenda and we apply a label of "upcoming" to the next meeting agenda page.
We manually add "upcoming" label to the next page and remove "upcoming" from the previous page.
However, maintaining the "upcoming" label is cumbersome and error prone.
I'm trying to construct an automation rule to automatically update the label but I'm struggling.
I started with a scheduled trigger to check the labels daily. But then I tried to find pages with the "upcoming" label but the Lookup Pages rule has very few filters and "label" isn't one of them.
Can anyone help?
