Workspace ID is unavailable

I have created hesventures.atlassian.net in Jira. Then I have tried to create a bitbucket with Workspace ID "hesventures" but it gave "We cannot fullfil your request right now" error. 

Then I tried to create a bitbucket account from bitbucket.org directly. But this time it did not allow me to take "hesventures" as Workspace ID. instead I was able to take "hes-ventures".

I doubted that "hesventures" somehow taken by the system when I tried to create it from Jira, but I cannot use it now. 

Can you please check if "hesventures" is not available for me because of some bug or it is really taken by someone else?

Welcome to the community.

Based on my observation, I believe you can't create a Bitbucket workspace with that name because it's currently used as your Bitbucket username. You'll need to use a different username to free it up and use it for your workspace.
