we're using Timesheet [server] and want to move this to Jira cloud.
I don't see timesheet in Jira cloud? Am I missing something?

Can you provide more details about the Timesheet plugin you are using?
If an app is supported for both server/data center and Cloud you should see that in the hosting options for the app in the Atlassian Marketplace.
