Searching for instances of @user

Jason Moerbe

Is it possible to do a search for instances of users being tagged on items ? ie: searching for @jason.moerbe ?

I've tried sevearl variations using wildcards or not. But couldn't make it work. is there a particular syntax that helps it to work?

For search we don't have it. We use the @ symbol to mention users within Confluence, however it not extends for Searching.

Do you mean "search for mentions"? If yes (https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/20080/search-pages-based-on-mentions).
