Set rule to trigger email only if issue not created by the approver

Hi,

My requirement is set a rule while submitting issue, to not send email to the approver if approver itself submitting the issue.  However, It should send notification email only if it's created  by others (other than the approver). Could you please guide how (What option to choose while setting rule) to set this rule?

Hi John, Thanks for the response. I fixed it by following rule. Could you check and confirm if this is fine? Seems to be this worked. But, let me know if any other way to fix this as a better option. - When issue created - If : Compare two values: check if: {{creator.emailAddress}} does not equal - then Send Email
