Dear Atlassian,

 

As a service receipent from India we are bound to deduct Tax deduction at source(TDS) if and service is taken from the Non resident under section 195 of Income tax act of India,However we have subscribed to your services and payment is made via credit cards and while making payment we get no option to pay less amount after deducting TDS.

We are bound to deduct TDS, if possible can we make payment through normal banking channels instead of autopayment from credit card or if not please allow us to deduct tds and fulfill legal requirement .

We are a community of people here to talk about Atlassian stuff.  Although some Atlassians are very actively helping people here, and a lot more reading, we are not support.

You can not rely on a post being read by an Atlassian, and there's only a tiny number of community members with access to billing.  (Atlassian, 10k people, most of whom are not in billing.  Community, 4,000k people logging in a year, last time I looked at the numbers)

You need to raise this with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contanct - make sure you select the "billing" option, they are usually more than happy to talk to you about extra documentation or different ways to pay.
