Not receiving email notifications

Hello Support,

Not receiving email notifications from JIRA.

I changed my google apps hosting.

After that it stopped receiving email notifications from JIRA.

Would you please help?

@ssit2018 I found there was a bounced message to your address.  I have cleared this suppression from our side.

2023-12-15 08:55:57.188550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: host uk-fast-smtpin2.hostinger.io[private/dovecot-lmtp] said: 550 5.1.1 <[redactedemail address]> User doesn't exist:  (in reply to RCPT TO command)

If this happens again, then this information should be shared with your mail administrator so that they can troubleshoot this further.
