Automatically update the "multiple select field" options in Product discovery project

Can I connect  Product discovery project "multiple select field" so that the options to choose will be automatically received from external system? For example, list of the clients

It is not possible at the moment. Could you please let us know where is list at the moment? Do you already use it somewhere else in Jira ?
