Pipeline tag image to repository without buildx?

Greetings.

 

I've looking for a solution to retag a docker image using the bitbucket tags and publish them to a private registry, so, according to the docker documentation to do that, I found about docker buildx imagetools, but seems that the plugin is disabled.

 

There's a workarround to enable it or to archive the same thing?

If you would like to retag an image that is already in your private registry, and assuming your registry supports Docker Manifest Schema V2, you should be able to do that by updating the manifest of the said image as described in the following thread of Stack overflow :

You can test those commands locally with Docker, and once you get them ready, you can run the same commands as part of your Bitbucket Pipelines.
